Terms of Service

Red Card Run is a free game of skill in which players are ranked by verified survival time. There are no purchases and no cash prizes. How attempts and referrals work is described in How It Works, which forms part of these Terms.

You receive a set number of free attempts that refresh on a rolling basis, and you can earn additional attempts when people you refer play the game. Attempts and referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or reset to protect against abuse. We may invalidate referral credits obtained through fake accounts, automation, or other manipulation.

You are responsible for activity on your device. You agree not to use automation, bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any other method to circumvent scoring, attempt limits, referral limits, or anti-cheat. We may invalidate runs or credits and suspend access for suspected abuse.

The Service is free and supported by advertising, including ad placements displayed within the game and on our pages. Advertising and analytics are described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its code, artwork, and branding, is owned by Red Card Run LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Card Run LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including attempt rules and the referral program) at any time for legal, security, or technical reasons. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
